Resume Data: content of resume documents you upload for AI analysis;

Usage Data: login/logout times, page visits, device identifiers (hashed);

Payment Information: we do not store full payment card numbers; payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving AI job search assistant services (resume analysis, job assessments, intelligent chat);

• Personalized recommendations and user experience optimization;

• Account security and identity verification;

• Service analytics and product iteration;

• Compliance with legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

• Service Providers: AI model providers (only necessary analysis data), cloud service providers;

• Legal Requirements: as required by applicable laws, court orders, or government requests;

• Business Transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will notify you and protect your data.

• Default: No Analysis Data Stored: by default, resume content, analysis results, interview answers, and user profile data are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers. Data exists only during your active session.

• Opt-in Storage: you may choose to enable data storage in your profile settings to save analysis results, interview data, and profile insights for history review and learning paths.

• Export & Delete: you can export all your data at any time and delete all stored analysis data with one click.

• What We Always Store: account information (email, name), membership status, and usage counters — these are necessary for the service to function.

• Storage Location: data is stored on secure cloud servers, which may be located outside your region;

• Retention Period: stored data is retained until you delete it or delete your account; all personal data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion;

• Security Measures: HTTPS encryption, JWT token authentication, access controls;

• Data Minimization: we collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service.

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and PIPL), you have the following rights:

• Right of Access: view the personal information we hold about you;

• Right of Rectification: correct inaccurate personal information;
