Terms of Service

BuddyJob AI provides users with AI-powered job search assistance services, including but not limited to resume analysis, job assessments, intelligent chat, and a job knowledge base. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide truthful and accurate personal information;
• Safeguard your account credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account;
• Not use the service for illegal activities or to infringe upon others' rights;
• Not attempt to obtain the underlying technology or data through reverse engineering, scraping, or other means;
• Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service.

All content, features, and interface designs of the service are owned by BuddyJob AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works. Resume content you upload remains your property, and you grant us a license to use such content solely for providing the service.

• Certain premium features require paid Pro access;
• Pro access is sold as a fixed-duration one-time purchase shown at checkout;
• Purchases do not auto-renew unless a recurring plan is explicitly offered in the future;
• You may continue using premium features until the purchased access period ends;
• Refund Policy: full refund within 7 days of purchase; thereafter, prorated refund based on remaining days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties;
• AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, career, financial, etc.);
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service;
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI analysis results.

• You may delete your account and stop using the service at any time;
• If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account;
• Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days (except as required by law);
• Service termination does not affect any payment obligations already incurred.

Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction. These terms are governed by Singapore law. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 30 days in advance. Modified terms take effect after the notice period. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
